Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times We deliver across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 8–12 business days
- Outlying areas: 8–12 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your bokkie's new toys every step of the way.
